Information and Fees for Faye's Trailers

• First of all - "Thank You Very Much" for taking the time to view our web page. We will try our very best to help make your holidays “AWSOME” by booking with us!  "Children love camping" and Mom & Dad gets a time to relax (away from the office) for a few days.

• All our units are kept very clean and fully equipped with lots of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, toaster, kettle, coffee perk, T-pot, dish cloths, T- towels, dish soap, toilet tissue, hand soap, Mr. Clean......6 pillows and 6 lawn chairs!
•  
• We highly recommend Marco Polo Land in Cavendish.  Marco is a marvelous clean (green) family campground with lots to offer children & adults:  Theme weeks, Crafts every morning at the Rec. Hall except on Sunday mornings, activities & games through out the day; Games Room, 2 large heated swimming pools, a heated kiddies pool for tiny ones, a large bouncing pillow out front, Outdoor Hockey Rink, Petty farm, new race car track, and doggie park, many large playground areas, and I almost forgot.....HAYRIDES every night at 5 p.m. & later....

• MARCO has a New "Doggie Park" & "RC track" for miniature race cars for children & adults!  You can bring your own car or rent one of theirs.
•  
• Marco also provides delicious Sunday Breakfast Buffets at the Galley Restaurant;  yummy burgers, sundaes, etc. at their Canteen every day of the week; Grocery store; Rec. hall has many activities, bingo, crafts & movies.  Marco also has a NEW OUTDOOR STREET HOCKEY RINK!  Don't forget to bring your HOCKEY STICKS and roller blades.....also a Games room and a large fishing pond. Get your fishing poles at the grocery store or bring your own.  Campfire pit and picnic table is provided on each site.  Campfire wood can be purchased at the main gate for your campfire.  The owners at Marco just don't stop.....they are always finding something new to do to make Marco a much better place for your vacation!  We can't ask for much more!  Do come and enjoy Marco!  We love it here....Hope you will too.

• Faye has 7 lots in a row at Marco Polo Land in Cavendish: Sites 59, 61, 63, 65, 67, 69, and 71, all side by side in this area. These are located in a quiet area for smaller children with a large playground just to the back of these sites.  It is an excellent area for smaller children!  We get lots of folks coming back each year to this area with their little ones!  Folks love in this area.

• Faye also has 3 trailers located side by side at Marco Polo Land located on sites:  164, 165, and 166 on the main street, close to the Pools, Galley Restaurant, Grocery Store, Canteen and Laundry Room.  These 3 sites have a large field with a small playground to the back of this area.  The three units are:   # 10 (38 ft.) Retreat on site 164, # 15 (39ft.) Puma on site 165 and our Deluxe # 11 - 39 ft. Hornet Retreat is located on site 166.  The # 10 Retreat and # 11 Retreat both have an inside fireplace and large flat screen TV with satellite reception.  They also have a large patio with patio furniture.  What a way to go camping!

• We also have our # 16 (2007) 37 ft. Sandpiper (Fifth Wheel) located on site # 8 ....Close to the pool area.....  This unit has an inside fireplace, large flat screen TV with DVD. and Satellite TV......Outdoor patio with patio furniture.  This is Luxury camping!

• Faye have 1 trailer located on sites # 483.  This site is located towards the front of the campground, not far to the large bouncing pillow. 
•  
• Site # 483 is in a quiet area, and off the beaten path....... not as much traffic in this area......Great for very young children.  What a way to enjoy a holiday with your friends!  This is just a suggestion.....If you have friends that have their own trailer and they would like to camp beside you, please call Faye and she will try her best to get them as close as possible to you site.

• Faye's Rentals are close to many restaurants and attractions within the Cavendish area. "The Galley Restaurant" is located right on site at Marco Polo for your morning "breakfast buffet" on Sundays.  This is a "delicious" breakfast.!  Look...Mom....no cooking!

• The Galley Restaurant is also available for groups to have reunions or wedding receptions.  If you would like to make plans for this ....please call the office at Marco.....1-902-963-2352.

• Faye's Rentals are close to many attractions in Cavendish: Sand Spit, Avonlea Village, Shinning Waters, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, Cows Ice Cream, Anne of Green Gables, Dollar Store, golf courses, gas station, churches, Tim Hortons (coffee) is just minutes away from Marc! Pizza Delight, beautiful beaches and deep sea fishing are all just minutes away.

• Faye will be happy to make your reservation for you, no problem at all.  Please provide Faye with your credit card details to hold your site.  Faye will gladly forward your reservation dates to the campground to confirm your campsite.  To confirm your trailer rental please forward a $300.00 deposit by money order to Faye's Trailer Rentals.  Mailing address is on the front of the web page.  No need for you to call Marco.  Everything is all booked through Faye.

• Marco Polo Land Campground supplies a 30 amp service at ($41.00 plus HST) or a 50 amp service at ($43.00 plus HST) for air-conditioning units.  We recommend the 50 amp service for air-conditioning.  With your site rental, you pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free.

• Marco Polo is just minutes from our beautiful sandy Cavendish Beach and Rustico Harbour for your deep sea fishing!
•  
• KOA Campground is located close by.  .
•  
• Cavendish Sunset Campground is located close by.
•  
• Any of these three campgrounds (above) are close to many attractions, beaches & golf courses. 
•  
• These three campgrounds are just minutes from our beautiful sandy Cavendish Beach and Rustico Harbour!

• Again, a $300.00 deposit mailed to Faye, is required by a money order to ensure that your trailer is reserved for the week you have requested.  Do try our accommodations..... Your children will have "Fond memories"

• Our "2007" # 16 Deluxe Sandpiper (Fifth Wheel) with 3 slide outs has two bedrooms,  front bedroom has a KING bed, and double pull out sofa and 1 bunk in children's room and a pull out sofa in the living room.  Located on site # 8 at Marco, closer to the pool area.    Note: Only 2 adults and 4 children allowed in each unit or 2 parents with the exception of grandparents.....meaning 4 adults & 2 children.....Satellite TV! and a fireplace!

  Our "2010" # 11 (39 ft.) Hornet Retreat (2 slide outs) has one bedroom with a KING bed in the back and 2 pull out sofas in the living room.  BEAUTIFUL UNIT WITH A FIREPLACE!.  Also has a nice sized deck with patio furniture!  Please book soon if you would like to spend your holidays in this lovely unit.  Located on site # 166 at Marco. ......closer to the pool.

  Our "2007" # 16 (37ft.) Sandpiper Fifth Wheel  - has 3 slide outs with KING bed in master bedroom and quad bed and 1 single bunk in the children's room and also a pull out sofa in the living room area....Located on site # 8 at Marco Polo.  Close to the pool.  Has a large deck with patio furniture.  Has inside fireplace & large outdoor patio with patio furniture.

  Our "2008" - # 8 (37 ft.) Hornet is located on site 71 this summer.  It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 single bunks in the children's room and a pull out sofa.  It has a large playground area close by. (sleeps 6)

• Our 12 lovely units range from  2002 - 2013 years.  Look.....a brand new "2013" unit.

• We have certain trailers that rent from Saturday to Saturday and other units rent from Sunday to Sunday.

• Most of our units have a bath tub ......with a shower, fridge, stove, microwave, stereo system, TVs, & DVD.  Some units still have the VCR and all units have a DVD.

• Our  trailer sizes range from: 31ft - 39ft.   All our units sleep 6.  Please go back to front page and click on the word "trailer pictures" to view pictures of each unit.

• Our prices range from $550.00 - $850.00 a week depending on the size.

• # 7  (35 ft.) Hornet located on site #59 ($650.00 a week).  This  "medium" slide out unit has a queen bed, pull out sofa and 2 bunks just off the kitchen area.  This unit has bath and shower, fridge, stove, microwave, stereo system, and TV with DVD & VCR.  Playground close by for your children.  Rents from Saturday - Saturday!   

• # 14 (31 ft.) Dutchmen has a queen bed in the master bedroom and 4 bunks in the children's room  This unit has all of the above and has 4 bunks in the children's room.  Located on site 61. Rent is only $650.00 plus taxes plus site.  Rents from Saturday - Saturday.

• We provide a very economical price to accommodate a family with a tight budget....Our # 14 Dutchmen is only $550.00 a week.   You can still afford to go camping with 4 children. Lots of room for a family of six..... (sleeps 6).  Our ($550.00 a week) unit will provide a family of six very comfortable.  Please note, # 14 unit is a  "2 bedroom" unit! Only 31ft. in lenght but has a lovely slide out kitchen and living room area...... queen bed in the master and 4 single bunks in the children's room.

• # 5 (36 ft.) Wildwood (brand new 2012) is located on site 161A...just off the beaten path.  Has a large deck with patio furniture.  Rents for $750.00 a week plus taxes plus site rental.  Has queen bed and 4 bunks.....(two bedrooms)  Has flat screen TV with satellite reception, stereo system and fridge, stove, and microwave,  Rents for only $750.00 a week plus taxes plus site rental.   This is an excellent price for this unit

        No more than 6 persons allowed in each unit and on each site.

       Meaning .....only 2 adults and 4 children on each site.

          Sorry this does not mean 6 adults...  only 2 adults and 4 children with the exception of  grand-

          parents....meaning 4 adults and 2 children......

• All our units have AIR-CONDITIONING & an awning that you can put out for shade; bath and/or shower, fridge, stove, microwave, TV with DVD and/or VCR .

• We try our best to keep our units beautifully clean and in excellent working order.

• Again, a credit card number will be required to reserve your site and a money order to confirm your trailer rental.

    Please note - All our units have slide outs, air-conditioning and an awning that you can put out for shade, if you wish.

• Great off-season rates in June and up to July 2nd and off season....and off season after August 18th.

• Our family business has been in operation for 26 years this summer.  We have families that keep coming back for over 20 years.  They have grown up children, now as adults, bringing their little ones, and having the same fun experience at Marco Polo as they had as children.  We have met so many nice folks over the years!  They are just like family to us!

# 2 - Wildwood (Fifth Wheel) (2013 unit)  - is our newest unit and is brand new with a queen bed and pull out sofa. sofa in the living room, (sleeps 4)  This gorgeous unit has 3 slide outs with fridge, stove, microwave, stereo, 2 - TVs,  & DVD, AIR-CONDITIONING & ELECTRIC AWNING.  $850.00 a week plus tax plus site FOR A PARTY OF 4 OR $750.00 A WEEK FOR A COUPLE.  Located on site # 9 at Marco Polo Land.  Just a minute to the pools.

# 3 - Deluxe 37 ft. Wildwood (2003 year) trailer  - has slide out living room & kitchen area, queen bed, 2 bunks in the second bedroom & table will make a 3rd bed in the children's room.  Also has a pull out sofa in living room. This Wildwood has a full 4 piece bath, fridge, stove, microwave, TV, VCR & DVD and AIR-CONDITIONING and an AWNING for shade.  Rents for $750.00 plus taxes plus site.  (no more than 6 please)  Located on site # 65 at Marco Polo with a nice playground close by. This is a beautiful unit! 

# 4 - Deluxe 37 ft. Wildwood (2002 year) trailer  - has slide out (living room & kitchen) model, has pull out sofa in living room, queen bed in master bedroom & 2 bunks and a table in the second bedroom.  It has a full 4 piece bath, fridge, stove, microwave, (sleeps 6).  It also has cool air-conditioning and an awning for shade.  This is an amazing unit with patio doors, stereo system for a CD, TV, VCR & DVD and AIR-CONDITIONING & an AWNING for shade.  Rents for only $750.00 plus taxes plus site.  Located on site # 63 at Marco Polo with a playground just a minute away.  Off the main drag.  It is located in a quiet area for your children to play.

# 5 - Deluxe 36 ft. Wildwood (2012 year) trailer - has 2 slide outs, one in living room and one in bedroom.  It has queen bed in bedroom and pull out sofa in living room and 4 bunks in children's bedroom. (sleeps 6).  It has AIR-CONDITIONING & AWNING FOR SHADE.  Located on site # 161a   Rental price is $750.00 plus taxes plus site.

# 6 Unit is located on site 483.  Has queen bed in master, double bed & single bed in children's room.

# 7 - 35 ft. Hornet with slide out (2003 year) trailer - has a queen bed in master bedroom and 2 bunks in the second bedroom and also a small table that will make into a 3rd bunk.  (Same as all above).  Trailer sleeps six.  This unit is a little smaller, but still has the two bedrooms.   We are only charging $650.00 plus taxes plus site rental.  This unit has the same layout as above but  as you can see it is a little shorter, but is still a lovely unit and very clean.  It has AIR-CONDITIONING  and an AWNING for shade.  This is an excellent rental price for this unit.  Just like new inside!  It is located on site # 59 at Marco Polo Land with a nice playground area close by for younger children. This is a very quiet area for children playing around.  It has fridge, stove, microwave, stereo system, TV, VCR & DVD.  Call soon to get this price before it gone.

Retreat (2010) trailer - has a KING bed in master bedroom and quad bed and single bunk in the second bedroom and also a pull out sofa in living room. No more than 6 please.  This is a lovely unit with fridge, stove, microwave, stereo system, TV, VCR & DVD, and AIR-CONDITIONING and AWNING. and inside fireplace! Has bathroom in children's room and an extra TV.

Located on site # 164 at Marco Polo Land.  Site is located on the main street. Not far to the pool area.

# 11 - DELUXE - (39 ft.)  Retreat (2010) trailer - NEW RENTAL THIS YEAR has a KING bed, 2 pull out sofas (with air mattress) in the living room.  It has a beautiful FIREPLACE in the living room and a lazy boy chair.  Has table and chairs in the kitchen area and lots of cupboards.  (Sleeps 6).  Has fridge, stove, microwave, 3 piece bathroom with shower, TV with DVD, stereo system and AIR-CONDITIONING AND AWNING FOR SHADE.  Located on site # 166, on the main street, .and just minutes to the pool..  Rents for $850.00 plus taxes and site rental.  Pretty central....area.
